Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Account Management In The Software Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Yardi Software Products And Experience With Property Management Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment To Meet Client Needs And Deadlines
