Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Account Management In The Software Industry
Strong Understanding Of Yardi Software Products And Experience With Property Management Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients
