- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance for Yardi Systems software solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the development and implementation teams to identify and address any software bugs or issues
- Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure software is functioning properly and meeting their needs
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, providing updates and status reports as needed
- Assist with software implementations and upgrades for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to better support clients and offer innovative solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on new software features and updates
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and technical support provided.
Strong Technical And Analytical Skills: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Software Development, Troubleshooting, And Programming Languages. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And Be Able To Analyze Complex Technical Issues.
Customer Service Experience: As An Associate Technical Account Manager At Yardi, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients. This Requires Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.
