Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to problems.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with them.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex technical issues for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software updates to effectively support clients and provide recommendations for improvements.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate client needs, concerns, and feedback.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including training and providing guidance on how to use our technology.
Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to optimize their experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies and processes to improve overall client satisfaction.
Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and meet or exceed client expectations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development And Deployment Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients.
Familiarity With Yardi's Products And Services, Or Experience In The Real Estate Industry, Is Preferred But Not Required.
