1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, payments, and customer information.

3. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with client accounts.
4. Communicate with clients to address any outstanding payments and provide exceptional customer service.
5. Utilize accounting software and systems to accurately record and track financial data.
6. Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
7. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.
8. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify and address any delinquent accounts.
9. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including producing reports and reconciling accounts.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable activities.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and data privacy.
13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
14. Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental and company goals.
15. Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
