- Develop and maintain relationships with mid-sized clients in the real estate industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Yardi, representing our company and values to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to improve our offerings and better meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and our own products to effectively position Yardi in the marketplace.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Yardi's solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and progress towards goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Software Or Real Estate Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Mid-Market Clients.
Strong Understanding Of The Real Estate Industry And Knowledge Of Yardi's Products And Services.
