Job Description

The Office of Public Affairs & Communications at Yale University is seeking an experienced and creative Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft compelling and effective stories that will help further Yale’s mission and engage our audiences. We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual with excellent writing skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a passion for producing quality work.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, as well as two to three years of professional writing experience. You should also have a strong portfolio of published works that demonstrate your ability to write engaging content. A keen eye for detail, excellent research and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
