Study Recruitment Manager

Yale University is seeking a Study Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing study recruitment and community engagement strategies, along with providing oversight and guidance to study recruitment staff. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to effectively manage multiple projects and demands, is a must. The Study Recruitment Manager must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as public health, social work, psychology, or sociology, and at least five years of experience in research recruitment and community engagement. Knowledge of research recruitment and engagement best practices, as well as federal regulations related to research with human subjects, is also required. Working knowledge of Spanish and/or other languages is preferred.
