Human Resources Business Partner

At Yale University, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing relationships with faculty, staff and other stakeholders, and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service to the Yale community. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role for a large organization. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, and have a demonstrated track record of success in providing HR advice, counsel, guidance and strategies.
