- Coordinate and oversee the Headache Fellowship program, including application processes, selection of fellows, and managing schedules and timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries related to the fellowship program, responding promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all fellowship program activities, including applicant information, fellowship curriculum, and evaluation reports.
- Work closely with faculty and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the program and provide support as needed.

- Provide administrative support to the program director, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing materials.
- Monitor and manage budget for the fellowship program, ensuring all expenses are within budget and properly documented.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and former fellows, providing support and resources as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting, Preferably In A Fellowship Program Coordination Role.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Knowledge Of Fellowship Program Accreditation Requirements And Experience With Coordinating Program Evaluations And Site Visits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And Trainees From Diverse Backgrounds.
