Job Description

Yale University is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced professional to join the Office of Diversity and Inclusion as the Coordinator of Diversity Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of diversity initiatives, programs, and activities designed to foster a diverse and inclusive campus culture. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the complexities of diversity and inclusion issues, strong leadership and communication skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to positive change and make a meaningful difference at Yale University. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree- 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, student affairs, higher education, or related field- Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating diversity initiatives and programs- Knowledge of the complexities of diversity and inclusion issues- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills- Commitment to creating and fostering a diverse and inclusive campus culture
