  1. Provide technical support and expertise to researchers, faculty, and students utilizing cutting-edge technology for research purposes.

  3. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and keep a pulse on emerging trends in the field of computational research.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for researchers and other stakeholders.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation and resources for researchers to utilize in their work.
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for researchers and students on the use of computational tools and software.
  7. Serve as a liaison between researchers and external technology vendors and partners.
  8. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of technology solutions.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with researchers to understand their needs and ensure their success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience With High-Performance Computing (Hpc) Systems And Parallel Programming.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And/Or Matlab.

  • Knowledge Of Scientific Research Methods And Data Analysis Techniques.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Researchers From Diverse Backgrounds.
