Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Coding & Billing Analyst to join the Yale University team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of coding and billing processes and be a motivated self-starter with a commitment to providing excellence in service. The Coding & Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing billing, coding, and reimbursement activities for the University. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.The required qualifications for this role are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3-5 years of coding and billing experience, and a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding is also required. Additionally, candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and have the ability to work independently.
