- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate appointment records.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect copays or payments as needed.
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding any necessary paperwork or forms.
- Provide assistance to patients with completing forms and navigating the check-in process.
- Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other clinic staff to maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
At Least 2 Years Of Previous Experience In A Medical Or Healthcare Setting
Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Electronic Medical Record Systems
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
