- Manage the budget and resources of the CARE Center to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Yale University to promote interdisciplinary care and improve overall patient outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management and implement them in the CARE Center.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team to address any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and services provided.
- Participate in meetings and committees to contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the CARE Center and Yale University.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Access Or Registration.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Insurance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
Experience With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
