Job Description

Yale University is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Biostatistical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biostatistics and a passion for using data to improve healthcare outcomes. The Biostatistical Analyst will play a critical role in our efforts to develop cutting-edge statistical approaches to analyze large datasets and inform the research activities of our faculty and clinical teams.The successful candidate should have a Master’s degree in biostatistics or a related field and a minimum of two years of professional experience in biostatistical research or analysis. The Biostatistical Analyst should also be highly skilled in the use of statistical software packages such as SAS, SPSS, R, or STATA and have experience with a variety of statistical methods, including multivariate analysis, predictive modeling, and longitudinal analysis. The candidate must also possess strong communication and organizational skills and have the ability to work with a diverse team of faculty, clinicians, and researchers.
