Advancement Systems Specialist

Yale University is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Advancement Systems Specialist to join our Advancement Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading academic institution and contribute to its mission of excellence in teaching, research, and public service. The successful candidate will have experience with CRM databases, a passion for customer service and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. In this role, you will be managing, developing and improving the databases that support Advancement Services operations. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, as well as 3+ years’ experience working with database systems. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of SQL and be knowledgeable of database development and design; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to develop and maintain database systems and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
