As a Contractor Conversion, you will play a key role in converting independent contractors into full-time Xerox employees.   1. Develop and implement strategies to effectively convert independent contractors into full-time Xerox employees in the EMEA & LATAM regions.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all independent contractors during the conversion process, providing guidance and support.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors to understand their needs and motivations.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify potential candidates for conversion.
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the suitability of independent contractors for full-time positions.
  6. Facilitate the onboarding process for newly converted employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  7. Monitor and track conversion progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to support the successful integration of converted employees into the company culture.
  9. Serve as a liaison between independent contractors and Xerox, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the conversion process.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contractor conversion process.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Printing Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Emea And Latam Markets, Including Cultural And Business Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Sales Data.
