- Oversee Service Delivery Operations: The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery operations, ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure Timely Delivery of Services: The primary responsibility of the Service Delivery Manager is to ensure that all services are delivered to clients within the agreed upon timelines. This includes monitoring service level agreements and taking necessary actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage Customer Relationships: The Service Delivery Manager will be the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with them. This includes addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and Implement Service Delivery Strategies: The Service Delivery Manager will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery processes and procedures. This may include identifying areas for improvement, implementing new technologies, and optimizing workflows.
- Lead and Manage a Team: The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing a team of service delivery professionals. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Monitor and Report on Service Delivery Metrics: The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key service delivery metrics to senior management. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures: The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all service delivery processes and procedures are in line with company policies and standards.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: As a leading provider of document management and business solutions, Xerox is constantly innovating and evolving. The Service Delivery Manager will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery operations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Service Delivery Manager will work closely with other teams within the organization, such as sales, IT, and finance, to ensure a seamless delivery of services to
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Service Delivery Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Business Process Outsourcing Industry.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Principles And Processes, Such As Itil.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Service Delivery Processes, Including Sla Compliance And Customer Satisfaction.
