  1. Provide exceptional support to the sales team by handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  2. Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Train and onboard new sales team members on company procedures and products.
  7. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and finance.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  12. Participate in sales meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales support processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Successful Sales Support Manager At Xerox Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With The Sales Team, Customers, And Other Departments Within The Company.

  • Experience In Sales Support: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In A Sales Support Or Sales Operations Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Printing Industry. This Will Ensure That They Have A Solid Understanding Of The Sales Process And Can Effectively Support The Sales Team.

Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Therefore Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Crm Systems: Xerox Uses Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems To Manage Customer Information And Sales Data. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With These Systems And Be Able To Use Them Effectively To Support The Sales Team.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Sales Support Manager Must Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Use This Information To Make Strategic Decisions And Recommendations. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are Also Necessary To Address Any Issues That May Arise In The Sales Process.
