
Litigation Paralegal In-House
The position entails provision of a broad range of litigation support services for employment, commercial, and other general litigation, including intake and processing of service of process, identifying custodians and witnesses and maintaining contact lists, drafting and managing litigation holds, conducting fact investigations (such as by locating and reviewing relevant documents and identifying and interviewing witnesses), coordinating and managing all stages of electronic and other discovery, working with outside counsel and litigation support vendors, creating and administering matters in our matter management systems, as well as potentially assisting on an as-needed basis with handling charges of discrimination filed by employees with various governmental agencies.
Proven ability to handle responses to discovery requests on a timely basis
Familiarity with rules applicable to litigation, including those relating to pleadings and motion response times and those applicable to discovery
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in litigation and investigations, including law firm and/or corporate law office experience
