Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  2. Generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
  3. Analyze customer needs and provide IT Solutions to meet those needs
  4. Utilize market intelligence and current IT Solutions trends to identify new opportunities
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer solutions
  6. Negotiate pricing and other agreements with customers
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address any issues
  8. Prepare and present reports on customer needs, sales and other activities
  9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
