Job Description

Consults with senior management, engineering staff and project teams to deliver technical solutions. Accountable for adhering to enterprise corporate architecture standards, ensuring technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization and contributing to corporate architecture strategy-setting. Proactively identifies evolving technologies and tools that can be employed to improve service delivery quality in support of business needs. Understands current methodologies and frameworks for effectively delivering infrastructure improvements and transformations. Communicates effectively across all levels within the organization, translating complex technology and process concepts to different constituents’ understanding. Leads governance processes of new technologies and solutions to ensure consistent technology life cycle management. Maintains operational, architectural, and design documentation including procedures and architecture descriptive documentation.

Job Qualifications

5+ years defining, implementing, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure technology solutions with specific emphasis on O365 and collaboration services
5+ years evaluating and negotiating with service providers to deliver high quality, stable solutions for infrastructure services.
Has broad commercial and technical expertise, often in a variety of environments.
Demonstrated ability to become thoroughly familiar with the services and products delivered and the tools, methods
