Job Description

The Manager, Global Compensation is a dynamic and influential compensation professional with energy, a creative mindset, and strategic thinking abilities who will manage the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the Company’s global broad-based compensation programs. This role will function as the subject matter expert in all broad-based and variable compensation for various business groups across a geographically dispersed workforce. Consults HR Business Partners and business leaders on an ongoing basis to understand objectives and manage deliverables/ expectations. This role will manage the year-end compensation processes, and incentive plan design development. Responsible for all matters concerning the design, development, implementation, communication and administration of all global broad-based compensation programs.

Job Qualifications

Experience planning a systems implementation strategy for newly acquired entities is a plus
A minimum of 7 years of diverse and global compensation experience in an industry or consulting environment.
Good knowledge of both U.S. and international regulatory environments
Experience with diversified and global services businesses is preferred.
Proven ability to manage the corporate communication strategies that reinforce compensation and benefits messages.
