  1. Travel to various client sites to provide technical support and service for production equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  5. Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  6. Ensure clients' satisfaction by providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in production technology and equipment.
  8. Collaborate with team members and share knowledge and expertise to improve overall performance.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.
  10. Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise In Troubleshooting And Repairing Xerox Production Equipment, Including Printers, Copiers, And Scanners.

  • Knowledge Of Xerox Software And Hardware Systems, Including Fiery Controllers And Xerox Freeflow Software.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Timely And Accurate Resolutions To Technical Issues.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Busy Schedule, Including Prioritizing And Addressing Urgent Service Calls In A Timely Manner.

  • Experience In Maintaining Detailed Service Records And Documenting All Service Calls, Repairs, And Parts Used For Accurate Reporting And Billing Purposes.
