  1. Conduct on-site maintenance and repair of production equipment for Xerox customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production equipment, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  4. Provide training and support to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of production equipment.
  5. Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, inventory, and equipment maintenance logs.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments within Xerox to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the industry to continuously improve service delivery.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on customer sites.
  9. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing Xerox.
  10. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including completing necessary paperwork and adhering to company guidelines.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
  14. Adhere to all company and industry standards and regulations.
  15. Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
