  1. Provide technical support and maintenance services for production equipment at client locations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

  4. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards.
  9. Provide training and guidance to customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Field, Preferably In A Production Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Xerox Production Equipment, Including Printers, Copiers, And Scanners.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Colleagues.
