Job Description

We at Xerox are looking for a Field Service Technician who is passionate about technology and customer service. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and support for our customers. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy problem-solving and working directly with customers, then this is the role for you!Required qualifications for this role include: a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role; a valid driver’s license; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a basic understanding of computers and networks. The ideal candidate will also have a technical certification such as A+ or Network+. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and customer service and who is eager to learn and grow with us.If you have the required qualifications and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities for Field Service Technician:

  1. Provide on-site service and support to Xerox customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities.
  5. Monitor and update customer information in the database.
  6. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide technical assistance and training to customers.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  10. Travel to customer locations as required.
