
Field Service Technician
We at Xerox are looking for a Field Service Technician who is passionate about technology and customer service. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site service and support for our customers. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy problem-solving and working directly with customers, then this is the role for you!Required qualifications for this role include: a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role; a valid driver’s license; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a basic understanding of computers and networks. The ideal candidate will also have a technical certification such as A+ or Network+. Responsibilities for Field Service Technician:
- Provide on-site service and support to Xerox customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities.
- Monitor and update customer information in the database.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
