  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the federal market, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the federal sector, leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones to expand the company's customer base.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with current federal clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity in the federal sector to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Xerox's products and services, as well as their value proposition in the federal market, in order to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  8. Motivate and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and expectations and providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  9. Represent Xerox at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the federal market.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional growth and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in federal sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Federal Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Printing Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Procurement Processes And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Federal Government.
