  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients.
  2. Understand and anticipate federal clients' IT needs.
  3. Provide tailored IT solutions to federal clients.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  5. Communicate effectively with federal clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the federal market.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for federal clients.
  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal market.
  9. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase Xerox's IT solutions.
  10. Negotiate contracts and agreements with federal clients.
  11. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  12. Act as a liaison between federal clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth delivery of services.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  14. Keep abreast of competitors' activities and provide suggestions for improvement to stay ahead in the market.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing Xerox to federal clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Information Technology, Business Administration, Or Sales.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Solutions Sales, Preferably In A Federal Government Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Government Procurement Processes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision Makers In Federal Agencies.
