- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and delivery associates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related issues and inquiries from both clients and associates.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling delivery appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Communicate delivery updates and changes to clients and associates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
- Train and onboard new delivery associates on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and delivery associates to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist clients and associates.
