Manage daily operations of delivery accounts: The primary responsibility of the Delivery Account Operations Associate III will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of our delivery accounts. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to our clients.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service: As a customer-focused organization, we expect the Delivery Account Operations Associate III to consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients.   4. Collaborate with internal teams: The Delivery Account Operations Associate III will need to work closely with different departments within the organization, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Operations Within A Delivery Or Logistics Environment.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Clients.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Project Management Software Such As Salesforce Or Trello.
