- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of business process and document management solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to coordinate and execute delivery processes.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Monitor and track delivery progress, identifying and addressing any delays or potential issues.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve delivery processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery activities, including client information and service details.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Proactively identify and report any potential risks or issues related to service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients and contribute to the company's success.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Prior Experience In Account Management Or Operations In A Delivery Or Logistics Setting.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Tools Such As Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management And Customer Service Principles.
