- Lead and manage the service delivery for our clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their business needs.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide innovative solutions to drive client success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Xerox's products and services to effectively communicate and recommend solutions to clients.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service delivery performance and client relationships.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Represent Xerox in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Service Delivery Management Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Printing Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Accounts And Delivering High-Quality Service To Clients.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Delivery Processes And Best Practices, Including Experience With Project Management Methodologies.
