
Business Operations Analyst
Utilize the organization’s Microsoft Business Intelligence platform and tools to analyze and synthesize operational, industry data. Present analysis and key insights to management. Work with various operations across the organization to gather requirements for reports and dashboards. Develop self-service dashboards and reports that allow users to quickly identify product and service quality issues and determine important drivers of satisfaction from customer survey data. Identify new data sources and work to integrate new data with existing data, including assisting with writing documentation and testing requirements. Work with the organization’s development team to fix data issues and test changes. Migrate existing automated reporting to the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) tool and create new reports leveraging this tool.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, preferably in a business analytics role
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated knowledge of business analytics tools and concepts will also be considered
