Assist with day-to-day operations of various client accounts in Minnesota, MN.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Flexibly adapt to different account needs and tasks.
Maintain accurate and organized records of account activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Continuously learn and improve knowledge of company products and services.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Act as a brand ambassador for Xerox, promoting the company's values and culture.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Account Operations: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Account Operations, Including Billing, Collections, And Customer Service Processes.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Floater, This Individual Will Be Required To Adapt To Different Teams And Environments, Making Effective Communication Skills A Must-Have Qualification.
Flexibility And Adaptability: This Role Requires The Ability To Quickly Adapt To New Processes, Systems, And Teams, And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. A Candidate Who Is Flexible And Adaptable Will Thrive In This Position.
Proficient In Microsoft Office: The Ability To Use Microsoft Office Programs, Such As Excel And Word, Is Essential For Managing And Analyzing Account Data.
Prior Experience In Account Operations: Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Minnesota Area, Will Be Highly Valued. Candidates With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Account Operations Will Have A Competitive Edge.
