- Train and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and customer service abilities.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs without disrupting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on maintenance activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues within the team.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Maintaining And Repairing Various Types Of Machinery And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Hvac Systems, Plumbing, Electrical, And Kitchen Appliances.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Delegate Tasks To A Team Of Technicians.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Develop Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Team Members And Other Departments.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Lead Role In A Similar Setting, Such As A Hotel, Resort, Or Large-Scale Facility, With A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations.
