  1. Oversee daily operations: As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Lead and manage a team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  3. Uphold company standards: You will be expected to uphold the high standards of luxury and excellence that Wynn Resorts is known for, and ensure that all team members are also adhering to these standards.
  4. Foster a positive work culture: It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a positive work culture within the property, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among all employees.
  5. Ensure exceptional guest experiences: As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at Wynn Resorts, from check-in to check-out.
  6. Handle guest complaints and issues: In the event of any guest complaints or issues, you will be expected to handle them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that the guest's needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  7. Monitor and manage budgets: You will be responsible for monitoring and managing budgets for various departments within the property, making sure that expenses are kept within budget and identifying areas for cost-saving measures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments: You will work closely with other departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  9. Assist General Manager: As the Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in various tasks and projects, and step in to handle any responsibilities in their absence.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends: It will be your responsibility to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the property.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Hospitality Industry

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Revenue And Managing Budgets

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Regulations Related To Hospitality And Gaming.
