  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for franchise sales and development in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and target potential franchise partners, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to grow the company's franchise portfolio.
  3. Lead and manage a team of franchise sales and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their success.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of franchise agreements and support for franchisees.
  5. Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion and growth.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for the franchise sales and development department.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and attract potential franchise partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all franchise-related regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve franchise sales and development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

The Candidate Should Have A Deep Knowledge Of The Market, Competitors, And Customer Preferences To Develop Effective Sales Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Svp Of Franchise Sales & Development Will Be Responsible For Negotiating Deals With Potential Franchisees. They Should Have Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build Strong Relationships With Franchisees And Close Deals That Are Mutually Beneficial.
