- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
- Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for necessary supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and manage budget and expenses for the hotel.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on hotel operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new processes or procedures as needed.
- Act as a role model for employees, displaying a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous Supervisory Experience In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Hotel Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Guests, Employees, And Management.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Food And Beverage.
