  4. Communicate with hotel staff and management to ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inquiries and issues, and escalate to management when necessary.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to find efficient and effective solutions to operational challenges.
  7. Stay up-to-date on all company policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure they are consistently followed by hotel staff.
  8. Provide training and support to hotel staff on operational processes and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within the company to improve overall operations and enhance the guest experience.
  10. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the operations support desk function.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
