  3. Serve as the first point of contact for hotel properties, responding to requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges, and escalate to appropriate parties as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
