We are seeking a Manager of Remote Sales Support to join our dynamic team at Wyndham Hotel Group.   • Develop and implement effective strategies to support remote sales team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales team to create and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor remote sales team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations to effectively showcase products and services to clients
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to remote sales team
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
