Job Description

As the Manager, Regional Revenue, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and driving profitability across our portfolio of hotels in your designated region.   1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies for the designated region, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the hotel group.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend pricing and inventory adjustments accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with hotel owners and general managers to ensure revenue strategies are aligned with their individual property goals and market demands.
  4. Train and mentor hotel revenue management teams in the designated region to ensure they have the necessary skills and tools to effectively manage their properties' revenue.
  5. Conduct regular audits of revenue management processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional and marketing initiatives that drive revenue and increase market share.
  7. Monitor and manage distribution channels and partnerships to ensure optimal revenue and inventory management across all channels.
  8. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on revenue performance, market trends, and future strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue management, and make recommendations for implementation within the hotel group.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all revenue management activities.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the hotel group at industry events and conferences.
  13. Continuously strive to identify and implement innovative revenue management practices and technologies to improve results and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Manager, Regional Revenue At Wyndham Hotel Group Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Oversee And Guide A Team Of Revenue Managers In Different Locations. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Motivate Team Members, And Provide Constructive Feedback.

  • Extensive Experience In Revenue Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
