
Manager, Hotel Integration

- Oversee the integration process of new properties into the Wyndham Hotel Group portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure a seamless transition for guests and team members during integration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the integration process are completed successfully.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all communication related to the integration process.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site support during the integration process.
- Train and mentor hotel staff on Wyndham Hotel Group standards and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the smooth operation of integrated properties.
- Identify and address any operational or service issues that may arise during the integration process.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create strategies to promote newly integrated properties.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards during the integration process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of integration projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the integration process.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
- Uphold the Wyndham Hotel Group brand and reputation by ensuring high-quality hospitality experiences for guests at all integrated properties.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hotel Operations And Management
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Integrating New Properties Into A Hotel Group
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Hotel Owners And Stakeholders.
