1. Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and managing a team of housekeeping staff.
2. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
3. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards and address any issues promptly.
4. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for the housekeeping department.
5. Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
