  1. Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  2. Ensure all amenities and supplies are fully stocked in each guest room.
  3. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
  5. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
  6. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cleanliness and guest service.
  9. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests at all times.
  11. Take initiative to identify and address any guest needs or concerns.
  12. Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
  13. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  14. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Level Of Education Is Required For A Guest Room Attendant Position At Wyndham Hotel Group. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Basic Reading, Writing, And Communication Skills.

  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: Prior Experience In Housekeeping, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Good Understanding Of Cleaning Processes And Can Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: A Guest Room Attendant Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Each Room Is Cleaned Thoroughly And Meets The Standards Set By The Hotel. This Includes Noticing Small Details Such As Stains, Missing Amenities, Or Damaged Furniture.

  • Ability To Work Independently: Since A Guest Room Attendant Often Works Alone In A Guest Room, It Is Important For Them To Be Self-Motivated And Capable Of Working Independently. They Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks Based On The Hotel's Needs.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Guest Room Attendant, The Candidate Will Have Direct Interaction With Guests, So Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential. They Should Be Friendly, Approachable, And Willing To Assist Guests With Any Requests Or Concerns They May Have.
