Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team.As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms. Your attention to detail and passion for providing exceptional service will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not required.If you are a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, we would love to have you join our team at Wyndham Hotel Group.

  1. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to the highest standards.
  2. Ensure that all guest rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
  3. Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  4. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
  5. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
  6. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to fulfill any special requests or needs.
  7. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
  8. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new arrivals.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  10. Uphold the values and standards of Wyndham Hotel Group, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  11. Keep track of inventory and request necessary supplies to ensure efficient and uninterrupted work.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on company standards and procedures.
  14. Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction by taking initiative and going above and beyond in your duties.
  15. Maintain a neat and organized work area at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement To Be Considered For The Position Of Guest Room Attendant At Wyndham Hotel Group Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.
