- Ensure that all guest rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
- Follow established cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
- Communicate with front desk and other team members to ensure timely and efficient turnover of guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues in guest rooms to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to management.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks within designated time frames.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required by management.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain the quality of service provided to guests.
- Follow all rules and regulations related to privacy and security of guest information.
