- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Wyndham Hotel Group standards and procedures.
- Ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as shampooing carpets and washing windows.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond to any requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in regards to room cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude towards guests and fellow team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the guest experience.

- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Prior Housekeeping Or Cleaning Experience In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain High Cleanliness Standards.
Excellent Time Management Skills And Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds, Stand For Long Periods Of Time, And Perform Repetitive Tasks.
