Job Qualifications
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Housekeeping Or Cleaning Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Proper Cleaning Techniques, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Work Efficiently.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Guest Room Attendant, You Will Be Interacting With Guests On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential To Provide Excellent Customer Service And To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Supervisors.

  • Physical Stamina And Flexibility: This Position Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Activity, Including Standing, Walking, Bending, And Lifting. Candidates Should Be Able To Work On Their Feet For Extended Periods Of Time And Have The Ability To Lift And Carry Up To 25 Pounds.

  • Attention To Detail: A High Level Of Attention To Detail Is Required To Ensure That Guest Rooms Are Cleaned And Maintained To The Highest Standards. This Includes Identifying And Reporting Any Maintenance Issues Or Items That Need To Be Replaced In The Room.

  • Team Player: The Guest Room Attendant Position Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members To Ensure That All Guest Rooms Are Cleaned And Prepared In A Timely Manner. Candidates Should Demonstrate The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Have A Positive Attitude Towards Their Work And Colleagues.
